Returns & Exchanges

PINKO offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your PINKO account or access the 'Order Status' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box and attach the pre-printed prepaid shipping label provided in your original delivery over the old shipping information.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary home collection through our designated logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the items meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
